SDC IM led me to find the love of my life: space!

My career is built in academia at a very early stage, and now I am pursuing my 2nd Ph.D. in the United States. My broad interest is to promote the industrialization of space, which is originated from a very simple idea, that is, I just want to go to space someday. Therefore, my challenges are doing impactful research and translating research into practice. SDC has always been a special place for me, because SDC was the first place I felt I belong, the first place I was inspired to pursue my authentic self, and to have the courage of taking the initiative to achieve my dreams. More importantly, the Danish side showed me another possible way of living, which intrigued my curiosity of studying abroad in the first place, and then eventually led me to find the love of my life: space!

To be more relevant to my summary, I attached two pictures of me with two astronauts. Not intended to show off or anything, it was lucky for me to meet them in conferences and other events; these astronauts don't remember me at all and we are not friends. It was just fun to have a conversation with people who had the experience that I really desire.
